All rights reserved. No part of the Site may be reproduced, copied, or exploited in any form without the express written consent of the Creator Challenge.

9. Participation Rules

Participation in the Creator Challenge is open to all eligible creators who submit their entry via the official online submission form. By submitting, participants acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

  • There are no submission or registration fees.

  • The cash prize of $5,000 is awarded with no cost to the winner.

  • No financial contributions or payments are required at any stage of the application or selection process.

  • The Creator Challenge does not authorize any third party to request payments on its behalf.

  • By participating, applicants confirm they hold the necessary rights over the content they submit and that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

  • Any submission found to violate these rules may be disqualified at the discretion of the Creator Challenge.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Algiers.
