The creatorchallenge.org website (“Site”), including but not limited to all its databases, textual content, visuals, and interactive features, is protected by copyright ©2025 by the Creator Challenge. All rights reserved. No part of the Site may be reproduced, copied, or exploited in any form without the express written consent of the Creator Challenge.

ACCESS TO THIS SITE IS PROVIDED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
YOUR USE OF THIS SITE CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

As a user of the Site, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site and its content solely under these Terms of Use. The Creator Challenge may modify or revoke this license at any time and for any reason.

2. Limitations on Use.

The content of this Site is for informational and personal use only. It may not be used for commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, republish, distribute, display, or transmit any part of the Site for commercial, charitable, or public purposes without explicit permission. Reverse engineering, resale, rental, or the creation of derivative works is prohibited. You may not use any robot, spider, automated software, or manual process to monitor or copy the Site (except for public search engines indexing purposes). Users must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Intellectual Property Rights.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Creator Challenge, its members, employees, representatives, and partners from any claims or losses resulting from your use of the Site.

8. Unlawful Activity.

The Creator Challenge reserves the right to seek all legal remedies for violations of these Terms and may report any suspected unlawful activity to relevant authorities, sharing appropriate information such as IP addresses, access logs, and posted materials.

9. Participation Rules

Participation in the Creator Challenge is open to all eligible creators who submit their entry via the official online submission form. By submitting, participants acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

  • There are no submission or registration fees.

  • The cash prize of $5,000 is awarded with no cost to the winner.

  • No financial contributions or payments are required at any stage of the application or selection process.

  • The Creator Challenge does not authorize any third party to request payments on its behalf.

  • By participating, applicants confirm they hold the necessary rights over the content they submit and that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

  • Any submission found to violate these rules may be disqualified at the discretion of the Creator Challenge.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Algiers.
